We can offer cold washed PET Flakes
- Origin: post consumer and post industrial PET bottles
- Colours: Green, Brown, natural / clear
- Process: cold washing process including manual PVC take out, label scraping, 2 regrind steps and total 7 stations for washing with caustic soda, float sink, rinsing and hot air drying
- Flake size: 8-9 mm
- Packing: big bags pf about 500 kg each, 48 per 40 feet HC container and small PP bags on top
- Load per 40 feet HC container: 25 mt / 55,100 lbs- lower container weight possible
- We supply 12000 mt / year to Asia, including Vietnam, the US and Europe
